Greektown Krydderiblanding

The oregano and garlic hit first, then the onion rounds it out—exactly the brightness I wanted when I drizzled it over some olive oil for dipping bread. My whole kitchen smelled like a taverna for an hour after.

Sprinkled this over roasted chicken with a drizzle of olive oil and the whole kitchen smelled like a Greek taverna. The onion and salt balance the oregano beautifully without overpowering. Already used half the jar in a week.
