The texture is what got me—it's genuinely thicker than any vinegar I've had, almost syrupy, and that sweetness balances the tang perfectly. I've been drizzling it over strawberries and even vanilla ice cream, and the depth of flavor makes everything taste a little fancier.
This has ruined supermarket balsamic for me, the depth from Modena is on another level. It coats a spoon beautifully and I’ve been drizzling it over strawberries and even vanilla ice cream. Went through half the bottle in a week, it's that good.
Drizzled this over strawberries last night and the sweetness actually made the fruit taste richer. It's definitely got that syrupy thickness you expect from Modena, but the balance is what got me—not a hint of harsh bite.
