The oregano and garlic really come through bright and strong—it’s the perfect shake over roasted chicken with a good glug of olive oil. I do wish the salt were a touch lighter so I could control it myself, but it’s become my go-to for a quick Mediterranean kick.
It’s okay, though I was hoping for more punch. The oregano is the loudest note, and the onion and garlic are there, but the salt feels heavy, so I end up adding less than I’d like. Works fine with the olive oil, but I’d probably reach for it only when I’m in a hurry.
