I’ve been using the everyday bottles for sautéing and roasting, and the flavor holds up nicely even at higher heat. The 500ml size is perfect for keeping one by the stove and one in the pantry. Dipping bread in the finishing bottle is a little ritual now.
The two everyday bottles are perfect for daily sauteing without any fuss, while the third one adds a nice peppery kick when I drizzle it over salads. It's a solid set for both cooking and dipping bread, and I've already gone through half the first bottle in a week.
