Original Balsamic Vinegar (8oz)

Drizzled this over strawberries last night and the sweetness actually made the fruit taste richer. It's definitely got that syrupy thickness you expect from Modena, but the balance is what got me—not a hint of harsh bite.

This is the thickest balsamic I've had straight from the bottle—it coats the spoon beautifully and the sweetness is way deeper than the grocery store stuff. I've been drizzling it over fresh mozzarella and strawberries all week, and the 8oz size lasted longer than I thought it would.
