Drizzled this over vanilla ice cream last night and it was like a grown-up sundae—that rich, dark chocolate tang is exactly what I didn't know I needed. The bottle's been half empty in three days, it's that good on fresh strawberries too.
I was skeptical about vinegar on dessert, but it actually works—the dark chocolate comes through first and the balsamic tang hits at the end. Poured it over fresh strawberries and it was surprisingly rich without being cloying. Just wish the bottle had a smaller spout so it didn't come out so fast.
