The peppery finish on this cold-pressed Koroneiki batch is exactly what I’ve been hunting for since a trip to Greece—smells like fresh-cut grass, and it’s surprisingly gentle on my stomach drizzled over warm bread. Took me two weeks to finish the 375ml just because I keep rationing it for salads.
The bottle is small enough that I actually finish it before it goes stale, which is huge for me. That early harvest really comes through—it's got a peppery kick at the back of my throat that makes salads feel like a meal.
The Koroneiki olives give this a grassy, almost buttery aroma that fills the kitchen the second the bottle opens. Drizzled it over a simple salad and it was the star of the meal. That 375ml size is perfect for my counter rotation with other oils.
