The pomegranate vinegar turned a plain sparkling water into something I actually craved, and the bottle size is generous enough for real experimenting. I’ve already used it in a vinaigrette and it nailed both jobs.
The cocktail I made with the pomegranate vinegar tasted like it came from a fancy bar, not my kitchen counter. That salad dressing side is a serious bonus too, one bottle did double duty all weekend.
The crushed fruit vinegars turned my tired old cocktail routine around completely—a splash in a plain soda water tastes like a fancy bar drink now. Even the salad dressing idea from the description works beautifully, so the set really does double duty.
