Ocet balsamiczny oryginalny

I drizzled some over fresh strawberries last night and it was like candy, thick and almost syrupy but with this lovely tang at the end. The depth of flavor is really something else compared to the watery stuff I used to buy.

This is my third bottle and it's still the thickest balsamic I've found outside of a restaurant in Modena. The sweetness is deep but not cloying, and a tiny drizzle over strawberries completely changes the dish.
