Voted world's best olive oils of 2026, our Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is made with 100% Koroneiki olives, harvested early and cold pressed in southern Greece. The result is an EVOO packed with healthy antioxidants (known as polyphenols), and robust flavor with a signature peppery finish.
The peppery kick at the back of the throat tells you it's truly fresh and early harvest. I've used it for finishing dishes and even a quick bread dip, and the Koroneiki flavor is bold without being bitter. This bottle won't last long in my kitchen.
I've been drizzling this over salads and pasta for two weeks now and the depth of flavor is unreal for a 500ml bottle. You can really tell those Koroneiki olives were picked early because every drop tastes fresh and grassy, not at all greasy.
This one actually tastes green and peppery-bright, not just like plain oil, and you can tell it's from the early Koroneiki harvest. We're already halfway through the bottle in two weeks, it's that good on salads.
