Balsamvinäger Trio

The first thing I tried was the dark one drizzled over vanilla ice cream and it turned a simple dessert into something special. Each bottle has that genuine Modena body you can tell wasn't rushed, and the trio covers everything from salads to marinades without needing to buy more.

The thick, syrupy texture is exactly what I hoped for—it coats a salad beautifully without pooling at the bottom. I've already used the dark one on roasted strawberries and it turned out surprisingly rich. These would make a great gift for anyone who cooks, honestly.

The three bottles make it easy to switch between a sharp marinade and a sweeter drizzle without cluttering the pantry. The dark one has a nice thick body that clings to greens nicely. Only wish the labels were a bit easier to peel off for gifting.
