Økologisk Hverdags Ekstra Jomfru Olivenolie

Baked a batch of cookies and roasted veggies with it last night, and the flavor stayed clean and fruity even at high heat. For an everyday bottle that takes the heat without turning bitter, this is exactly what I needed.

It handled a full roast chicken dinner without smoking or burning, which is exactly what I need from an everyday oil. Even after roasting at high heat, the vegetables came out tasting clean and fresh, not greasy.

The subtle fruitiness comes through even after roasting at high heat, which surprised me since cheaper oils usually turn bitter. It's become my steady for sheet-pan dinners and it doesn't smoke up the kitchen.
