Ekstra Jomfru Olivenolie Shot (2-Måneder)

I was skeptical about drinking olive oil straight, but the 2-month supply makes it easy to build a daily habit. The polyphenol content is the real draw for me since I’m trying to support my gut health without downing a glass of juice. It’s smoother than I expected, no harsh aftertaste.

The little bottle fits neatly in my fridge door, and the glass pourer releases just the right amount for a single shot. Three weeks in, I actually notice my digestion feels smoother in the mornings, which I didn’t expect from something so simple.

I’ve been taking a shot every morning before coffee and honestly the polyphenol content is what sold me—my digestion feels noticeably steadier since I started. The 2-month supply means I don’t have to reorder constantly, which makes it easier to stick with the habit.
