I used it in a salad dressing and the tangy sweetness came through perfectly without any extra sugar. It’s thinner than I expected, but that actually made it easy to drizzle. Just wish the bottle had a pour spout instead of the wide opening.

The three-ingredient list is exactly what drew me in, and the tangy-sweet balance is spot on for dressing a simple spinach salad. I do wish the bottle had a pour spout, since I always manage to get a little on the counter.
