The Koroneiki olives give this a grassy, almost buttery aroma that fills the kitchen the second the bottle opens. Drizzled it over a simple salad and it was the star of the meal. That 375ml size is perfect for my counter rotation with other oils.
The peppery finish from those early-harvested Koroneiki olives is exactly what I look for in an EVOO, and this one delivers it beautifully. A little drizzle on my salad yesterday tasted like actual liquid gold, and the 375ml bottle is perfect for my small kitchen.
