Drizzled this over a simple caprese salad and the basil with that hint of lemon made it taste like something from a fancy bistro. The garlic and onion are present but not harsh at all, just a smooth, balanced finish. I've already gone through half the bottle in a week.
I was skeptical about an infused olive oil being this balanced, but the lemon really brightens the basil and garlic without overpowering anything. Drizzled it over roasted vegetables and even used it as a simple bread dip, and it worked beautifully both ways. The bottle’s dark glass keeps it fresh,
The basil and garlic hit right away, but that lemon finish at the end is what keeps me reaching for the bottle. One drizzle over roasted veggies and I’m done cooking with anything else.
