The bottle barely made it a week in my kitchen—I've been drizzling it over everything from roasted veggies to vanilla ice cream, and that sweet-tangy finish is dangerously addictive. It's thick enough to coat a salad without pooling, which is exactly what I wanted.

The fig sweetness in this balsamic is just right for drizzling over a simple salad—it’s not too syrupy. I wish the bottle were a bit bigger for the price, but the depth it adds to a basic vinaigrette has made it a regular on my counter.
